Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel great about shopping with us. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll make returning or exchanging it easy.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached, and returned with proof of purchase.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

with your order number, name, and reason for return. If your product arrived damaged or defective, attach photos or a short video to help us review quickly. We usually confirm returns within 72 hours.

Shipping Fees
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective. Original shipping fees are not refundable and may be deducted from refunds where applicable.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to show the credit.

Exchanges
We handle exchanges for defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items. For other changes, please return the item and place a new order.
